Jason Howlett

Jason has been licensed since 2000.  While at B.C.I.T. Jason completed a two year Marketing Management-Commercial Real Estate option.  During that time he won two awards for excellence.  Jason specializes in residential home sales, as well as commercial properties in the Fraser Valley, and works hand in hand with Darrell on land development.  Jason understands that every real estate transaction, no matter how large or small, is incredibly important to each individual buyer and seller.

Darrell Howlett

Darrell was key in assembling and developing a significant part of what is now called Walnut Grove.  His experience in market values, township hall negotiations, and general business know-how have allowed him to build up a strong list of development clientele who rely on him to move land through the development process.
